"Set in a beautiful location overlooking the Atlantic, it is a lovely place. Not too far from Sintra or Lisbon, it still feels quite removed. The room was very nice, and the bed very comfortable. Connecting to WiFi was a challenge, and unworkable from our room. Taxi service was also a challenge. But overall, we enjoyed our brief stay. "

"Amazing place to stay! The rooms are beautiful, actually the whole place is! The beds are probably the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. Its all the little details that make this place so incredible. The artwork, the decor, the homemade breakfasts. The owners and staff were super nice! The vila is in the small town of Colares and is a short drive into Sintra. We wanted to stay near Sintra, but wanted to avoid the crowds and Vila Vitorino was perfect! Great price for what you get, if we ever...

"Antonio and Maria were always prompt to answer any questions. Great recommendation on the local restaurant Lagarica...YUM! The property we stayed in was spacious and clean and the beds were sooo comfortable. The home is about a 10 min Uber from downtown, but the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing with a couple small stores to grab groceries if you just want to hang out and chill. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future."

"Amazing- room was fantastic with a nice little patio in the back over overseeing the ocean. Could not be nicer. Place to take walks in both directions. Room was very clean. Maria greeted us upon our arrival and was fantastic throughout our visit. Breakfast was amazing. Never had better scrambled eggs in my life. The manager also made two dinner reservations for us at very nice restaurants. Private parking, gated and safe. "

"The staff was wonderful! Our host showed us to our room and made sure we knew how lights, heating and beautiful tvs worked! The rooms are stunning, you feel like you are in luxury with gilded tvs, marble floors and walls, bathrooms and tubs/showers incredible! Breakfast was made to order, the orange juice-fresh squeezed and fantastic! We had to leave early the last day and they prepared such wonderful snack boxes for us! A bonus was the wine tasting and cheese board offered at their sister...

"Staff was very accommodating, and were able to store my baggage for the day while I went out to explore. Note that the hotel is in the driving restricted historic center, so likely your taxi or tuktuk will drop you off on the main road, and you'll have to walk 5 minutes to the hotel. Breakfast was small, but had everything we needed for a healthy start to the day. Room size was good, and bed was very comfy.
