"I’m currently on my flight back home from my trip and honestly was very sad to leave today. I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Cap Cana- stayed from 1/19-1/23/26. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff is truly wonderful - they are truly courteous and attentive. I know some reviews mentioned the lack of hot water in the shower but that issue seems to be fixed - there was plenty of hot water and the water pressure is great. The resort besides being beautiful, is just the right size for me (not too big but not that small either- no extreme walks to get to the pool area, breakfast area, etc.) The room was super spotless. "Not an overwhelming resort - more like a cozy family feel. Staff were extremely friendly, respectful and courteous. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Food was excellent and the entertainment was enjoyable. Beach and pool were both outstanding - this was our second stay at the Hyatt Ziva, and we are definitely going back for a third time."
