The staff is very kind and helpful if you ask. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only complaint was that it was slightly noisy from the street as well as other guests in the hallway, which is probably common in most Cannes hotels. Highly recommend and would book again

Cristal was a welcome surprise. It is a 5 minute walk to the Carlton Hotel and the Mediterranean where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself had a light and airy feel to it with a lovely lobby. Our room was large enough with comfortable beds and excellent lighting. Decor was light and pleasant and the view from room 303 was lovely. Highly recommend.

The staff weren’t very helpful, no information or greeting just yes and key, bed was split sigle and so uncomfortable I spent a night on the sofa, hotel is good location and spa roof is nice v small pool. Lack of emend ties for 4 star in room would rate 3 star balcony full of pigeon poo.

Would have been perfect if their ac worked

Hotel was in a good location and carry walkable and safe area. Staff were nice. Room was good, but their AC broke and it made it really uncomfortable as it was 90 degrees and humid. No real resolution but to provide a fan. Luckily they did have a pool and sitting area where we spent a good amount of time to cool off and relax since our room was not an option.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was excellent - close to the beach, shopping, dining. Indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and hammam were a real treat after a long day of walking/sightseeing. Parking garage was convenient as looking for street parking would have been very difficult. Included breakfast offered a good variety of fresh pastries, breads, cereals, eggs, mini pancakes, deli meats and juices and coffees as well as fresh fruits. Staff was courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay again in this hotel.

Anniversary Stay

Warm welcome on checking. Speedy check in. Happy to assist us with directions to local supermarket and provided umbrellas. Lobby clean and smelling fresh. Room was 607 one of the classic rooms but must be one the the best view from the hotel in the hills of Cannes. Juliet balcony both in the bedroom and bathroom. Tea and coffee provided with mini fridge plus safe and iron with board. Room cleaned daily. Pool and spa was an added bonus we used twice. Breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice with a large tea and coffee selection. Hotel very central, less than 5 minutes to the beach bars and restaurants. Definitely would recommend and if I’m in Cannes again I’ll be returning back to Hotel Crystal & Spa. Thank you for the great stay.

I’ve stayed here three times now and we always have a wonderful time. It’s quiet, but make sure you get the view of the city, which is so much prettier than the inside court which is quite depressing. Also, I wasn’t aware that they had parking available for a price which is cheaper than the nearby parking you pay by day. Would’ve been helpful to have known that information including from Expedia and include that in the option when booking. The breakfast are OK. Nothing to write home about and I wasn’t impressed with the fact that they don’t really have fresh fruit even though it is in season in the summer. They had a lot of canned soup and some older apples and peaches on the side. The pool area could use some serious renovating as there isn’t enough space for the lawn chairs and the pool is quite small and half of it is inside and on a nice day you don’t want to be indoors. Luckily, the ocean is nearby. The staff at the front desk, breakfast room, and cleaning service are always wonderful and accommodating. I really enjoy staying here.

Excellent Hotel with great Leisure Facilities.

Very nice hotel with excellent leisure facilities. Well located and easy access to shops, bars and only a couple of minutes walk down to the beach front. I would certainly use again.
