Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan - Adults Only - All Inclusive
Spent a lot of money and this hotel cannot even provide a shuttle to airport after asking the day before we left. Apparently bus was full and they didn’t care and brushed us off , will never use a riu chain again, I’ll spend it elsewhere

Hotel Riu Ventura - All Inclusive
The hotel is worth the money—the rooms are new and clean. They clean and change the towels every day. The beach is also cleaned daily, and the staff is very polite. I would have liked a bit more variety in the food.
