"The resort is an amazing place to stay for anyone visiting Cancun. It was my first time in Cancun and I had such a great experience, especially from the treatment and staff at the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provide beautiful views. There is a shopping mall, very convenient for great restaurants, scenic views and shopping. Best of all, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and I enjoyed every minute of being here."

"Need lots of work to fix all the building Is falling a part the it was not working and they only say ( o lo sentimos ) and they not say anything They change my room for on other room in the top 6 floor with no refund of the amount I pay it was more The elevator was all and rusty not safe Room door not opening properly was stock "

"The breakfast was good and fresh. The room was clean BUT the bathroom sink was cracked and slooow draining. There were no safety bars in the the big shower with great water pressure. I was really disappointed in the ocean. The room was advertised having crystal clear waters. And it was anything, but the beach in front of our hotel was full of seaweed from one end of the beach to the other.And going into the water ten fifteen feet.Nothing but seaweed, nobody wanted to go into the water."

"The calm beach was the best part. The master bedroom wasn’t all that great - it’s very generic for a masters. I think the food was decent! My least favorite part is not having a balcony- in Cancun you should always be able to go out to see a sunset or sunrise in your balcony or to simply hear the waves."

"Lovely resort with true old school Mexican-Latin charm and class! Beautiful piece of property with an ocean front bar and it’s 2 swimming pools and three restaurant! The Caribbean ocean at this location it’s calm enough to really swim. They included BREAST breakfast was wonderful every morning a different choice at the buffet or a freshly made omelette bar. We definitely recommend this hotel. "

"This will be long.....The first few days were absolutely amazing! The place was spotless. The staff was amazing. Especially Tony and Sergio! It really is a hidden gem and they are working on the property by painting and fixing things. But the last 2 days were not good. In order to have AC or lights you must have a card in the wall. We went to bed with AC and lights. Some time in the middle of the night I thought I heard the door open. Thought maybe my husband got up but he didn't. I fell...
