Hotel Kembara di Canadian Rockies

"The hotel is conveniently located where food/eatery/gas are just nearby/walkable. Staffs were very friendly. Room was clean & spacious. We were at level 2, no lift but okay to carry up our bags. We love the breakfast, simple yet delicious; daily options vary from sausages, bacon, waffles DIY, hash browns they were cooked so well, one of the best ^^ at the reception area too they provided coffee, tea, apples & cookies (love em’ so much!). Overall pleased with the stay, will definitely come back...

"Our stay was wonderful. Very relaxing and a beautiful location. My only concern was with the room. For the amount we paid, I would assume the room would be a bit cleaner and updated compared to the photos online. Our bathroom floor was rather dirty and our bath tub had a few large chips taken out of it. My husband who is quite tall couldn’t even stand under the shower head. BUT this did not affect our stay and we still enjoyed our time here and will definitely return. "

The staff were lovely: recommended places to see in the area & provided a well stocked shop for groceries, though our suite was only serviced twice. The rooms had a homely feel with room for our 3 cases. The living & bathroom were clean though a little dated.
