"It was our anniversary and they were amazing, they not only upgraded our room for us, but we were welcomed with a surprise of champagne a congratulatory card and dessert! It was really fantastic and although it’s going through construction right now and there were times of a bit of noise it was still wonderful "

"Booked Banff on whim coming from a visit with our parents in Saskatchewan, My Wife and I were pleastanly surprised with Peak . We’ve stayed in Banff at various hotels over the last 20 years skiing and spring / summer vacations and Peak has to be one of the nicest ! Had room service breakfast one morning and was delicious. Very very clean room , cozy and the shower in the bathroom was awesome . We will definitely stay again in the future ( already planning a spring ski trip in April ! ) 10/10...

"It was an easy hike to lake Agnes tea house. I also loved the Galicier basin, I left feel so rejuvenated! Our room had the perfect view of the lake, I recommend 6th floor or higher! "

"Our stay was wonderful. Very relaxing and a beautiful location. My only concern was with the room. For the amount we paid, I would assume the room would be a bit cleaner and updated compared to the photos online. Our bathroom floor was rather dirty and our bath tub had a few large chips taken out of it. My husband who is quite tall couldn’t even stand under the shower head. BUT this did not affect our stay and we still enjoyed our time here and will definitely return. "
