(March 2019) Driving on I-5, spotted this USMC Osprey helicopter on the helipad, propellers turning. I pulled-off at a scenic turnout nearby. No sooner had I pointed my camera the helicopter began to lift-off! In the background is the Pacific Ocean shoreline.... and the closed (2013) San Onofre Nuclear power plant.

In San Onofre California they have camp grounds on the bluffs and great #hiking trails with the most beautiful views where the bluffs meat the ocean.
