"It's always nice to swing by the hot tub after a long day. Breakfast is always a treat! And never get rid of the hot water/water station in the lobby - so convenient! "

"The bathroom has a wonderful window. You can sit on the toilet for a long time, enjoying the pleasant view of the picturesque high hills with villas perched on the tops."

"Due to the construction, we had no air conditioning, and our room was 80 degrees overnight and no functioning window to open. Also, pool, exercise room and breakfast area were all closed. They did move us the second night, but in my opinion the rates should have been discounted for the inconveniences."

"Worst hotel I’ve ever walked into in my life. From the moment I walked through the front door the front desk staff was judgmental., smug, rude, and un accommodating. You would be better off, taking your money and starting it on fire to get a better value. I do not recommend that anyone ever stay at this hotel unless they want to be treated like they are less than human. This is not a resort of any kind. It is literally a Chuck E. Cheese pizza with clowns working."

"The staff was very helpful, nice beyond comfort in attentiveness. Overall it holds its name as the comfort of all suites. If you need a place to rest, with affordability, the king suite is by far the best, with a spa, and bed that’s hard to compete. "

"It’s centrally located in San Clemente and you can easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops. It’s an older property but rooms are renovated and clean. I was visiting family that lives nearby so i didn’t need a lot of amenities but it’s close to the freeway so you will hear some noise. "
