"Do NOT book a room at this “hotel”, especially for multiple day stays. Rude and disrespectful staff, horrid rooms and room service!!! We booked for 5 nights and had to ask for days over and over for toilet paper and clean towels and they didn’t have either so we had to use Kleenex and paper towels we had on hand for three people over 3 days before they brought us only one roll of t.p. Pool and hot tub is NOT at all what they are trying to show you with fake pictures. The worst stay I have ever had in 30 years traveling, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Never expected to pay $800 for 4 nights- and definitely never bring your kids here at all!!!! Worst experience ever- and we travel and work- do not book at this hotel!!!"

"Was a guest at this hotel for what was originally 4 nights but only ended up staying 3, the stay here has been terrible. We were originally in room 100, but later switched to room 101 due to the condition of the first. However the conditions were the same in the second room. First, The bed is extremely uncomfortable, it’s covered in this plastic material that is not removable. Due to the material of the bed you basically stick to it like you’re sleeping on some leather couch. The pillows on the bed are small square pillows which are usually considered throw pillows not bed pillows. Second, There are holes in the wall with rust/mold, the shower was also broken in multiple places, the smoke alarm wasn’t attached to the wall fully, and the a/c circulation is horrible. The last night we were there we asked for more pillows for the bed and for more towels after which I was called at 10:30pm by the manager threatening to kick us out because I dared complain about the quality of our stay. He had the nerve to say “ I did you a favor by letting you use card for the deposit when we require cash”. Their ATM was out of service so idk if it was actually a “favor”. Probably just inconvenient for them to have us leave at 1:30 am to go find an ATM then come back to check in. Stay away from this hotel like the plague. Hotel rooms are disgusting (i.e rust/mold) and the staff is completely unprofessional and rude. Definitely the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had."

"We really enjoyed our cozy and bright room at this classic motel! The location was great- quiet and a close walk to the beach. Shelly at the office was so friendly and helpful-The parking was easy in the parking lot and also on the street in front. Everything in the room worked great! it is an older buildings so there are older floors that slope slightly, but the walls are freshly painted, the shower was great and the bed was really comfortable. It was a comfortable and affordable stay with friendly staff!🌺"
