"The staff was great and friendly, but the rooms do seem a little bit older. Housekeeping stopped by our room the first day, but we had not left yet, so we declined them to come. I was surprised that while we were out the second day, they did not bother with our room. Also, we wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but the hot tub had filth all along the edges. "Fantastic hotel! All our wedding guests stayed here! Loved the firer area on the patio for mingling & relaxing late in the evening! Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! The staff were fantastic just likely when the hotel is full suggest adding extra kitchen help to accommodate timely service! Would recommend! It’s gorgeous!!!"

"When we got to the hotel we were told we did not have a room. They were sold out. 9 hits of driving to be told sold out. I even called them at 5pm telling them we would have a late arrival. Then called again around 10p told we did not have a room. Not happy had to stay in car not knowing the area. Hotels in the area were sold out"
