"The bar prices on larger are not to bad but the wine prices are way to high the smoking area out the main entrance has no cover ok in the summer but the winter well you know "

"The recently refurbished (I understand) room was a generous size, and bed was enormous and comfortable. The view over the square was great, but this meant a few noise issues from passers by at kicking out time. The walk in shower was clean but lack of shelving for shower gel and shampoo seemed like an oversight. "

"Poor customer service, so difficult to get hold of reception, needed to make a change to my booking, was unable to get through and ended up loosing my money due to hotel not answering the phone. Really poor"
