The Room Experience The primary concern was the inconsistent climate control; the air conditioning unit frequently ceased operation during the night, leading to an uncomfortable sleep environment. Additionally, the in-room lighting was temperamental due to a faulty push-button switch, and the window treatments were damaged, making it difficult to properly close the curtains for privacy. I also encountered repeated issues with my key card failing to grant access, which proved to be a consistent inconvenience throughout the duration of my stay. Leisure & Dining The highlight of the property is undoubtedly the outdoor space. * The Pool: The pool area is excellent—well-maintained and a perfect retreat. * The Bar: The adjacent bar is equally impressive; I highly recommend the Panamanian ceviche, which was a culinary standout. "I chose this hotel because of the location, close to many restaurants in the area within walking distance. The room has 2 double beds, we slept well, our room was 618 on the 6th floor, ac works wonderful. Water pressure for flushing and shower are excellent, hot and cold water too. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast is ok, I think they can change the menu at least every 2 days, plenty of fruits though. Ele, on the front desk was very helpful. In general, the 3 (two ladies and one guy) service staff in the breakfast buffet was wonderful as well. We stayed for 7d/6n, and check in time is really 3pm but they can store your luggage while you venture out to seek some food outside the hotel. The area is safe even at night, just use common sense. I highly recommend this hotel, it’s also budget friendly. The hotel also have a nice pool, a gym, a pool bar."

"The hotel was nice...I had a problem with housekeeping not leaving face towels or leaving one, when there were two people in the room...was a lot of noise for two nights...had a wedding reception there, did not get to sleep until around four in the morning because of the loud music...ate dinner there a few times, food was good...not sure I would recommend because of those two issues"
