"Everything is perfect"

"I don't often write reviews, but this property was an outstanding value. My room looked like it was updated last week! Extremely clean, simple furniture but in excellent condition. Newer style bath and comfortable bed (not as firm as my bed at home but I slept very well). Not a place to lounge around the grounds, sip wine and watch the sunset, but if you are in Monterey to see the sights, then this place is perfect for 1,2 or 3 nights. Fantastic value!"

"Although older this property is very well kept. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and you couldn't hear the noise from your neighbors. Plus very conveniently located. It was less tan aten minute walk to restaurants and shops. "

"Enjoyed my stay here"

"We loved our stay here. It was very quiet and walkable. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. There was plenty of vanity space. The room was quite large. The Smart TV allows you to use your subscriptions. The only downside was our refrigerator was set too cold. It froze our food and there was no dial to adjust it down. "
