Me room was clean ,good size,front desks called me twice trying to charge me some beer from the fridge. I have to talk to them in person.so explain i didn't open any drink.the pool its small.i stay at 10 floor and the floor from the hallway was scratched

Improvement from last year?

Really like this hotel but I wish they would actually serve the advertised English breakfast? There was NO bacon, sausage, or blood pudding and no baked beans or fried eggs! Hence, no English breakfast and insulting to an Englishman by birth! Otherwise, breakfast is fine? The major upside is the great staff everywhere?

I would stay here again. I was here for a business trip. The restaurant food is outstanding. The breakfast buffet is pretty good too. Maybe one of the best I have had in Colombia.
