"Breakfast was fresh but very limited options. It was end of the season so that was probably a big factor. There is only a pool bar and no where to relax in the hotel if it is a rainy day. Again, I am sure this is only because of the time of year we went. We would love to return to the hotel when we are guaranteed the weather. "

"On the website it said that the private beach was open starting May (no specified date) but we found out when we got here that it doesn’t open until after we leave (May 22). This was a major factor when we chose to book. We did go on a boat excursion and to a different beach the last two days there, so this closure was not solely based on weather. Very big let down. "The staff at desk, restaurant and room cleaning were so friendly and accommodating. The views are amazing along with a nice daily full breakfast. Perhaps…just a few more degrees added to the pool and you’d have a perfect Costa Smeralda stay."

"It is not worth for the price you pay. With the exception of one staff member, the rest were rude to us. For many, they could not communicate well in english (which is fine, not everyone needs to be fluent) but when you are the only person to help and are meant to be having sensitive converstations you need someone to be able to communicate it well.
