"On the website it said that the private beach was open starting May (no specified date) but we found out when we got here that it doesn’t open until after we leave (May 22). "It is not worth for the price you pay. With the exception of one staff member, the rest were rude to us. For many, they could not communicate well in english (which is fine, not everyone needs to be fluent) but when you are the only person to help and are meant to be having sensitive converstations you need someone to be able to communicate it well. "

"Reception desk was very pleasant. A big shout out to Romina, Yana, Madelena and the others to make my trip so enjoyable. They were brilliant. The bar tenders were always smiling and happy to serve. The staff at the breakfast room were so efficient and professional. Breakfast was brilliant. The food at the beach club was awesome. The toiletries provided in the bathroom and tea and coffee amenities in room the room were all available and more than good. Rooms are clean. Sea view is gorgeous....

"Breakfast was fresh but very limited options. It was end of the season so that was probably a big factor. There is only a pool bar and no where to relax in the hotel if it is a rainy day. Again, I am sure this is only because of the time of year we went. We would love to return to the hotel when we are guaranteed the weather. "
