"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

"Our host was very caring and easy to reach. Excellent property for a short stay in Porto Rotondo. Olbia airport and other towns of Costa Smeralda like Porto Cervo and San Pantaleo are less than 30 minutes by drive. Property is located 10 minutes by walk from Porto Rotondo Marina and free parking outside the property on the street was available during our stay (before 1 June). "Truly a once in a lifetime experience! We came all the way from the U.S. and loved every bit of our stay here. From the location to the staff, everything was excellent! You are located in Cannigione, so it’s very walkable. You can walk to the beach, grocery store, little shops, and tons of restaurants. The service is 5 stars. They clean your room daily, they are very respectful and treat you like royalty. Overall we hope to come back in the next few years with our kids!"
