Didn’t even have to ask for staff to clean our room when we were out for the day, it was just done when we got back that evening. But they were so so kind and really tried all they could to honor my booking. Because the hotel was full they ultimately put us in a bigger room and we had to pay a 50$ difference but hey, they could have kindly ask for the price of the full night again! Really appreciated them not doing so. Thanks"
