Very helpful and friendly staff, happy to accommodate any requests. Great location with stunning views but only on the garden side. The mountain side is so-so, overlooking the parking road and, well, a mountain slope. Decent spa, good massages. Dinner: antipasti and pasta were good, secondi (swordfish and another fish) very disappointing.

Perched on a hill overlooking the ocean, this property is situated between Trapani and Erice. The rooms are mostly small with small balconies. Breakfast is ok but nothing remarkable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The property is isolated due to its location. But good for those who simply want to relax and unwind.

Was a great place to stay. The room was clean and very large. Park at the door. Easy choice for this area. No hassle place to stay. Drove up to Erice in 15 or so minutes. If you do that, go early top be able to park.

Clean quiet with lovely views

Beautiful views from the room. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Very quiet location, made a good base to travel around the area. Good breakfast. Our room was a little tired , probably just due to the wear and tear of the season. I am sure that this will be addressed as everything is well maintained.

Very pretty hotel with gorgeous views. Unfortunately we got a room with some issues in the bathroom that we were not told about. When coming back from breakfast, there was a handy man in our room with all kinds of supplies for a longer period of time and we were unable to use the bathroom or room for that time. Communication was difficult due to language barrier but it ultimately was resolved and otherwise everything was fine.

Was truly excited for our stay at this highly rated resort. When it comes to location & facilities I couldn’t agree more, it’s gorgeous and provides an unforgettable experience. However, it’s disappointing when it comes to consistency of providing 5 star service. Some of the staff is wonderful but others are not. Especially when it comes to the restaurant, the food is mediocre and unappetizing. I would not recommend their restaurant if you want good Italian cuisine & would also warn you that the concierge will not provide you with the best way to spend your time at the resort.

The pluses: the views were amazing and the proximity to Erice was convenient. The breakfast was pretty good.though it wasn’t kept stocked… if you got there near the end, you got whatever was left and the staff started putting it anway 30 minutes before the stated end time. The bed - while pretty in crisp white linens - was hard and thin. To be fair, we stayed in four hotels this trip and only had a comfortable bed in one so maybe I just have different mattress expectations than the locals. My only MAJOR complaint was the air conditioning. Though you could set it for 19-24 degrees centigrade (66-74), it never got cool - if I had to guess it was 26 (78 ). I asked the desk for help and the lady was indifferent. When I woke at 4am sweating and sought relief in the nighttime lobby, the night clerk did what he could and reset the AC. I don’t know what the issue was but suspect the AC turns off with a timer or perhaps with the bedside switches (for eco-reasons?). Anyway, sleeping was NOT a pleasure here.

Other than the view this hotel is mediocre at best. The customer service is horrid except for the young man who works on reception. He worked above and beyond to address our issues with compassion. The rest of the front desk staff had attitudes and did not address our hotel room air conditioning issues with any sort of caring or timeliness. The food is mediocre at best in the hotel. Again staff had attitudes and did not make you feel welcome. The breakfast was poor compared to our other hotels in Sicily. I would not stay here again. So you have a reference I am a road warrior and I’m life time elite at Marriott and Hilton. My recommendation stay elsewhere!

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten es als Familie mit einem 10 Jährigen Kind gebucht. Unser zuerst bereitgestelltes Zimmer hatte stark verschmutzte Wände, Rost an der Dusche, Fehlende Abdeckungen am Lichtschalter und verdreckte / defekte Armaturen. Das Personal war bemüht, ein Ersatzzimmer nach der ersten Nacht war etwas besser und sauberer. Der Indoor Pool darf nicht von Kindern benutzt werden. Diese Information wurde uns vorab nicht bereitgestellt.
