"The hotel was beautiful and well kept. It is situated in a very safe and walkable part of Chicago. The hotel doors are locked after 9pm with access only via hotel card. I felt very safe and secure there. Lots of food options and attractions nearby to walk to. The staff were very friendly and there is a designated ride share spot. The room is well stocked with snacks and drink assortments (for additional charge) but super convenient! My only complaint was the hotel restaurant was short...

"Ordered a room with 2 beds arrived and they only had one bed rooms left. Wife slept on the small couch I slept on a roll away bed(was that or floor)Our 2 female friends slept in the bed. Was offered $100 meal credit. But for the price of the room it ruined our stay. Other than that place was decent guy at check in was very nice."
