"We absolutely loved this guesthouse! We stayed there for 5 nights in May and it was lovely! The location is great - in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks away from the historical district (an easy walk and we felt safe walking at night). The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious!! We loved the warm cake served every afternoon at 5pm - what a treat! The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was refreshing. Look no further and book this adorable...

The location, the staff, breakfast, even famous people such as Maria Bethania, Petra Gil, Vanessa da Mata, The prince, other artists and actors have stayed at this hotel. Very peaceful. Special shoutout to Felipe who helped us from day 1, Alessandra, Kauan, Giovanni and one lady that cleaned our room, gave us back things we forgot like a watch, she was genuine enough to let us know we have forgotten things in the room :)...

"A pousada tem uma ótima estrutura e destaco o atendimento do Paulo, muito simpático e prestativo. Entretanto, o chuveiro é muito ruim. Sem pressão de água. Demoramos mto tempo pra conseguir lavar o cabelo. Acho que o problema do chuveiro é sistêmico, pois o da piscina era igual. O estacionamento também é apertado,ptobkema sistêmico. "

"Probably one of the nicest pousadas I have stayed at in Brazil. The property is perfectly located in the center of the city historic district. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful - even texting information such as times for massages. The room we stayed in was huge, clean, and exceptionally maintained - the shower was unbelievable! "The staff was very attentive and courteous. The property is very well maintained and the vegetation is magnificent. There is a huge focus on environmental conservation. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town within walking minutes of all the restaurants, boutiques, the port and other places of interest. During our stay the restaurant was closed for renovation and some other repair activities was ongoing. The noise was at time bothersome."

"O quarto não estava bem limpo, não havia recepção e o moço que ficava no local não sabia dar nenhum tipo de informação. Na torneira do banheiro não tinha água, os canais da tv não funcionavam, o iogurte do café da manhã estava estragado e não tinha gelo. No dia do bloquinho liberaram o banheiro para o público externo utilizar."
