"The location was increidble--my boyfriend and I were able to walk to all of the Short North main areas. It was our first time visiting Columbus, so this was a great place for us to stay. The place itself was very comfortable and cozy and had all of the amentiites of a hotel, but in a much cuter space. The customer support was also great at the Jungle House. They supported me with some questions I had and were very responsive via text. I'd definitely stay here again. "

"Overall, a positive experience. Check-in was only a few minutes. The room was spacious & clean. The Buffet was one of the best complimentary breakfast's I've ever had; with plenty of selection and the breakfast sausages & home fries were hot. We used the complimentary shuttle to drop us off before & after the Blue jackets game. I highly recommend the Hyatt Place Columbus /OSU over some of the overpriced hotels in the downtown core.
