"The room was never cleaned. I had to change my own bedding. The young man at the desk was wonderful. He went above and beyond to get me clean bedding, towels. Toliet paper, tissue paper. I should charge them for changing my own bedding while I'm on vacation. Housekeeping was the worst. The dirty bedding and towels sat in the hallway for 3 days before Housekeeping came and got them. Also, garbage was piled up by the elevator on our floor for 4 days. Housekeeping is our biggest rant. Everyone else was very nice, especially the front desk. Also, their website desperately needs to be updated. It said they had transportation to and from the airport but it doesn't. Also, the website says you can book an appointment at the spa. Nope the spa is being remodeled. If I had know those 2 things I would have booked at another hotel and casino."

"Seemed to be a safe location situated rught beside a police station. Room was clean, bed was comfy, morning staff was friendly... a good place for a quick drive through stop "

"Hotel lobby was clean and bright. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast offered warm eggs and sausages along with make your own waffles. Plenty of parking that was well lit at night. Definitely would stay again!"

"The lady checking me in was very unprofessional, the room stunk like someone had smoked in it and there was a cigarette burn on my sheet. If I would have not already paid for the room I would NEVER have stayed. "

"There was a small issue with some other guests that were kind of loud but other than that everything was great breakfast was awesome. Me and my dog had a great trip."
