Pousada maravilhosa ❤️🥰😘

Atendimentos acolhedores, o quarto estava muito bem limpo, ambiente familiar, estacionamento, café d manhã agradável, ar condicionado funcionando, tivemos os melhores momentos da nossa lua de mel nessa linda e aconchegante pousada. Fácil acesso aos melhores restaurantes e praias, com certeza voltaremos mais vezes❤️👏👏👏👏

No geral foi dentro do esperado, porem alguns dias faltaram itens basicos pro cafe da manha que e a unica refeiçao servida la. Se questionados sobre as faltas ou outras coisas os funcionarios sao rudes. O ar condicionado ja esta velho e nao funciona bem, ventilador de teto nao funcionava.

Descaso da pousada

Foi razoável o quarto ficava do lado do espaço que ficava os funcionários e a lavanderia, era maior falatório de manhã, no banheiro o box estava com o blindex com defeito fazia um barulho horrível e estava rachado na parede não tem tomada e nem secador no banheiro, no quarto não tinha tomada extra, a TV era muito pequena e os canais sempre saia do ar e alguns canais não pegava ou saia e voltava do ar, 10 horas da manhã ainda estavam limpando a piscina e o Wi-Fi não funcionava direito.

The property is simple but nice, staff is friendly. But they double booked the same room and we paid more and got the cheapest room available, I asked for a refund for the difference in price for the room but was denied was offered to cancel my booking or stay in the room, they did offer another room but not the one we paid for. They claimed the information about which room we paid for wasn't available to them, but later they agreed it was a mistake. But never refunded the difference which would be £17. We only got the room we booked on the 2nd and last day of our stay.

Péssima opção.

Definitivamente é uma péssima opção de hospedagem, digo em todos os sentidos. Vamos começar pelas condições do quarto: ficamos no quarto n 21 que a cama estava quebrada (tinha um bloco de tijolo para sustentar a base da cama box, que não serviu de nada; nós retiramos as gavetas do móvel de cabeceira e colocamos para sustentar a cama. Além disso, os forros de cama eram curtos e finos, de péssima qualidade. Sobre o banheiro, péssimo (a única coisa que funcionava era o chuveiro), pois a descarga era ruim (não descia tudo), a pia era dentro do quarto e não havia serviço de quarto. Sobre a climatização, o quarto tinha dois ares condicionados e só um prestava (aqueles de janela, quadrados) não gelava com suficiência e fazia muito barulho. O café da manhã não tinha nenhuma variedade ou diferencial. Pra se ter ideia, nem copo de vidro tinha, era um descartável super frágil. Suco e iorgute eram da pior qualidade. Para completar, em nosso último dia de hospedagem, pudemos notar que tinha um cachorro na área interna da cozinha, com um ambiente totalmente inóspito para a preparação de alimentos. Por fim, a única coisa positiva eram os funcionários que eram prestígios e tentava resolver os problemas, mas estavam limitados pelas péssimas condições da pousada. Por fim, não recomendo em absolutamente nenhuma hipótese.
