"We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. "

"From check-in to check-out via breakfast and dinner, all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and tidy. 2 night stay in which the 2nd night was a bit noisier but nothing verging on causing a disturbance. Ideal location for city centre and for the University, where we had a concert on the saturday night. Food was fairly priced and extremely tasty. "

Provisional bill on checkout day had few items that i did not order, so a visit to the Reception desk helped to remove these items with no bother, and the revised bill was reissued with the correct items.
