" I would like to provide feedback with regards to the shuttle that I took to your hotel. On 15 June late evening, I waited at Schiphol airport from 10.45 pm. The shuttle at 11.02 pm didn't turn up at all. I then went up to a shuttle at 11.20 pm which runs among 3 Ibis hotels nearby to Schiphol. So after a short ride, I went down at Ibis Hotel. "This was recommended as a family friendly place. It was not. A room at the front of the property without sufficient soundproofing meant you could hear the street below all night long… It eventually quietened down around 3am. A twin room with smaller than single beds didn’t add to the experience… and the mattress had the support of a marshmallow. Really disappointed- the only saving grace was it was just one night."
