"New hotel, had only just opened. Very clean and tidy with plenty of parking. Many restaurants only a short drive away. "

"Amazing stay close to Bordeaux but still secluded. We enjoyed a relaxed 2-night stay (in a spatious room), and especially enjoyed the 24/7-available wine bar as well as the sunrise on the estate with a coffee (included even if no breakfast is booked). Staff was very attentive and friendly, would definitely recommend!"

"Booked and paid in JANUARY. Arrived 16:00 (check-in allegedly from 14:00). Place was locked; could not make anyone hear us. Waited 30 minutes before finding another hotel. Had also booked dinner but the sign outside said the restaurant was closed on Tuesday (the day of our stay). Contacted hotels.com to request full refund - this was apparently refused by the hotel (though hotels.com personnel said they couldn’t really communicate with hotel very well as the staff there only spoke French. Er… it’s a French hotel!!!). Eventually given £25 in award points - well under half what we had paid five months earlier! VERY unhappy with the whole situation!"
