Jonzac is beautiful. The appartements have all you need. Very clean. The woman on the reception is very kind and helpful.

We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return.

Cute Inside

We stayed for a night. The exterior looks a bit rundown but the apartments are great. Everything works, it’s well equipped and clean. There’s also an elevator which is a major plus. Daily continental breakfast for 11 euros - honestly it’s too expensive for what they serve. You have to bring down your trash upon check out and clean the kitchen if you used it. Overall a nice stay.

We were stopping overnight so our expectations are not high. We just need something clean, tidy and comfortable. Unfortunately the room was a little grubby. We travel to Spain via France every year so have stained in many hotels. The breakfast was very basic and not worth the money.

Appart hôtel au top. Calme, propre, parking et Antilles de Jonzac à proximité. Habituellement, la location dans cette résidence donne accès au parc aquatique à proximité. Cependant, en passant par hotels.com ce n'est pas le cas, et ça aurait été bien de le préciser sur votre site de réservation. Heureusement la réception nous a trouvé une solution suite à notre déception.

Bon séjour malgré la pluie incessante. La résidence est très calme et confortable. L'équipement pour la cuisine serait un peu rudimentaire pour un séjour plus long. La situation est idéale pour profiter des eaux thermales aux Antilles de Jonzac. Le centre de beauté qui offre différents types de soins du corps est parfait. Un bon moment de détente.

Nous avons été reçu très aimablement par Aline. Notre appartement : très lumineux, très propre, le petit déjeuner mode « continental » délicieux 😋 Viennoiseries délicieuses, jus de fruit frais, que du plaisir ! Et un personnel pour le ménage, très agréable. Nous reviendrons c’est sur, nous avons déjà fait la publicité pour cet établissement… juste en face des Antilles de Jonzac. À la campagne..

Rien à redire le cadre et le confort était super, Cependant, nous nous attendions à plus de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Et dommage mais dans la salle de bain pas de prise hors mis une prise anglaise qui n’était pas utile il a fallut se brancher dans la cuisine.

Déçus...

Excellent emplacement près des Antilles mais la propreté laisse à désirer. Les oreillers inconfortables. Cuisine sale, portes des meubles et table grasses. Interrupteurs sales. Un bon rafraîchissement des murs seraient bienvenu, on trouve même des traces de chaussures sur les murs. Acceuil agréable, très calme.
