"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "Nice pub with good ale and friendly staff. Unfortunately situated on quite a busy road so not exactly quiet. Room was nice but could do without the plastic plants. Nice breakfast and easy to park Shower over bath not very powerful"

"Check in was painless and quickly managed Stayed for 1 night and room was clean and comfortable en suite included was good. Bar and restaurant was very good with outside beer garden if needed. Breakfast was excellent and buffet style. staff very welcoming and helpful would stay again"

"Beautiful room and en-suite in a lodge with four others, tucked away at the back of the garden. Very comfortable. Especially appreciated two armchairs, decent size fridge and small outside area with table and chairs. Evening meal in the pub was also excellent. Lovely beer garden and attentive hosts. We didn't have breakfast as making an early start but ordered a packed lunch which was very handy."
