"There were build works outside by terrace overlooking lake with cement mixer and angle grinder cutting stone most of the day the Saturday I was there . Not the best idea with patrons sitting there by temporary plastic tape eating and drinking . Perhaps a fencing of sorts to obscure the works ?"

"Staff were incredibly helpful and polite throughout our stay. Room was impeccably clean and breakfast was lovely. Only slight issue was staff were sometimes a little slow getting to us to order cooked breakfast meaning we had to miss out on the one day because we had an impatient toddler. We also had dinner on our first night and it was lush."

"Absolutely awful. Filthy, dusty, dated and smelly in the hallway. We couldn’t find another hotel to move to so had to stay, I didn’t get into the bed but covered it and the pillows with my own towels. The door wouldn’t lock so we had to wedge a chair underneath the handle. Run down and dilapidated. Bathroom disgraceful and mouldy. "Absolutely serene and wonderfully zen surroundings. Staff was almost never helpful - or even attempting to be; incredible behaviour. Wish I could give a better review but they were really set on being obnoxiously unhelpful bordering on rude. To work a customer facing role and being this unprofessional almost blew my mind."
