"We stayed in room 203 and it was so comfortable and cozy and clean! The AC kept the room cool and comfortable. The room was clean and well kept and smelled nice. Has a little balcony to go and get fresh air. The staff is great - LaToya and Alexia are wonderful and so friendly and helpful as is the housekeepers Joyce and Christine. I highly recommend this hotel if you want quaint and cozy and in the middle of everything which is amazing because you can walk everywhere!"

"We loved the Azure. Mike is an excellent host and the cleaning staff is friendly and efficient. You will get to know everyone before you leave. We enjoyed the Tourtoises in the courtyard, and we especially loved the sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. We stayed at 3 different places in St. Martin’s and this was our favourite. "This was my 4th stay at Carl's Unique Inn. The property is a convenient place to overnight when traveling. The property is generally clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My main challenge has been the stairs which you have to climb up and down with your bags upon arrival and when leaving. The rooms are on the second floor. There is no elevator. It would be nice to have someone who can help guests with bags upon arrival and when departing. Otherwise, you can certainly consider this...

"Staff did not care about leakage in bathroom, did not follow up on AC not working, indifferent to not having hot water. Coffee machine was not working, light fixtures switches were not working, had to unplug before leaving for the day. Room was not cleaned for three days, no fresh towels. Property, like halls and stairs were dirty and the jacuzzi was full of dust on the bottom. Not worth the $737.00 charged "

"It was amazing! The beach was incredible. Our room was clean, and the majority of the staff was amazing. My only issue were some of the waitresses were definitely. But everyone at the front desk all of the taxi services, etc. were amazing!"
