"We stayed in room 203 and it was so comfortable and cozy and clean! The AC kept the room cool and comfortable. The room was clean and well kept and smelled nice. Has a little balcony to go and get fresh air. The staff is great - LaToya and Alexia are wonderful and so friendly and helpful as is the housekeepers Joyce and Christine. I highly recommend this hotel if you want quaint and cozy and in the middle of everything which is amazing because you can walk everywhere!"

"We loved the Azure. Mike is an excellent host and the cleaning staff is friendly and efficient. You will get to know everyone before you leave. We enjoyed the Tourtoises in the courtyard, and we especially loved the sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. We stayed at 3 different places in St. Martin’s and this was our favourite. "Staff did not care about leakage in bathroom, did not follow up on AC not working, indifferent to not having hot water. Coffee machine was not working, light fixtures switches were not working, had to unplug before leaving for the day. Room was not cleaned for three days, no fresh towels. Property, like halls and stairs were dirty and the jacuzzi was full of dust on the bottom. Not worth the $737.00 charged "

"This was my 4th stay at Carl's Unique Inn. The property is a convenient place to overnight when traveling. The property is generally clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My main challenge has been the stairs which you have to climb up and down with your bags upon arrival and when leaving. The rooms are on the second floor. There is no elevator. It would be nice to have someone who can help guests with bags upon arrival and when departing. Otherwise, you can certainly consider this...

"My Sonesta Maho vacation was amazing! From the check-in to the actual 6 night stay to the check-out, no issues or complaints. Our room was cleaned daily, the food was good, the gym was sufficient for my use and I had a great time using the pool daily. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely revisit this resort. "
