Check in took extremely long time. We arrived there right at their check in open time, service desk person took forever (over 45min) to get our room keys, even though this was past check in time and there were no one in line in front of us. We were hungry after a long flight and had to go to eat since a person to show us where the building was not coming for over 30min. Terrible check in experience. Then even worse thing happened, we left to go to st. Bartz for a few days and came back late evening to only find out that we were locked out of our room. The keys were not working, the person at the lobby was not helpful at all, as I told him what I suspected might have happened. He didn’t listen to me, and we end up going back and forth (up and down the hill with our luggage) because this person couldn’t figure out how to get into our room, so he made up go back and forth with him to a lobby and back. After over an hour of this insanity (this was almost 10pm) we finally were able to get inside our room. And the issue was exactly what I thought it was in a 1st place. If only people who work there were trained to fix simple issues without turning our vacation in a stressful experience, or at least listened a little, we would not have faced these problems. Lastly, they provide ur tiny towel for ur face and one for your body….shower doesn’t have a door and all the water spills all over, they didn’t even bother to provide towel for the floor to make sure we don’t slip and fall from.
