There was a minor incident where the fireman entered the building and I would expect for the reception staff to communicate what was happening for everyone to be calmed but the staff didn’t approach us at all. "Overall a very comfortable stay and the staff there were always attentive. The location is central in Recoleta, an upscale neighborhood with lots of shopping and a variety of different restaurants. My one problem was that the wifi was terrible and I needed it for personal business."

"Attentive office staff and security staff. Housekeeping was great also. Stayed 10 nights. Only comment was some mosquitoes were in the room as we slept and got bit several times. Also I wish the hotel rooms offered at least 2 outlets for U.S products. There was only 1 outlet for charging iPhones or other American products. Safe neighborhood area at night. "
