"There is no front desk/reception. This wasn't a problem, but you'll need to call or WhatsApp in advance to get the key code for your room entry. No big deal. Good location, good sized room, strong air conditioning. Very little soundproofing between rooms, so you'll be reliant on the other guests being polite and respectful. Low water pressure. Overall not perfect but fine for the price!"

"Increíble hotel!
Super recomendable. Excelente gastronomía, limpieza y atención. Muy bien ambientado. Habitaciones amplias.
La playa tiene una arena fina y hermosa y agua cristalina.
Ideal para viajar en pareja o con familia.
El equipo de entretenimiento es muy bueno y divertido, sin invadir en ningún momento.
No tenés que reservar previamente en los restaurantes temáticos y es raro que tengas que esperar.
Nosotros viajamos con mi esposa, nuestros hijos de 2 y 10 años.

"Al principio tuve un detalle con check in, pero inmediatamente dio seguimiento la gerencia y tuvieron contacto conmigo. Agradezco el seguimiento puntual y la calidez de la gente del staff. Es un hotel nuevo, está hermosa la ubicación y muy tranquila. La comida es muy rica. El desayuno incluido muy bueno. Las camas súper cómodas. El servicio de camaristas súper cálido y amigable. "Great place! Apartment for 5 people impecable. Great service and kindness from reception desk. Beautiful place to snorkel and dive due to rocky small cliffs. Not the place if you look more for sandy beaches. Stayed there with 3 kids and had a great time. Strongly recommended. "

"The hotel was on a quaint street. In walking distance to restaurants, local souvenir shops and other hotels. The room was clean and recently renovated, beautiful pools with colorful lights at night, well lit area on the hotel property and surrounding streets.
The staff was just awesome. The check in attendance carried our luggage up the stairs (there are NO elevators). He explained where the dinner area was and what was in walking distance.

"Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der bemängelte Komfort entspricht natürlich der Preislage (Sehr wenig Wasserdruck, häufig Stromausfall). Preis/Leistungsverhältniss ist absolut OK.
Leider ist die Ortschaft und ihre Infrastruktur nicht sehr interessant (überteuert, alles voller Müll).
Unterkunft kann ich aber sehr empfehlen."

"Standard room was boxy, empty, a little claustrophobic. But clean. Do the upgrade when you first book your vacation, absolutely worth it! "Mi habitación estuvo limpia y bien cuidada, aunque la de mis familiares no tanto, pues vimos cucarachas en la suya. La piscina es excelente, y el personal fue muy amable y comunicativo. El unico detalle es la energia eléctrica que hay que pagar el consumo al final. No es un gasto excesivo si utilizas la energia como en casa, pero es bueno tenerlo en cuenta. Tampoco incluye desayuno, pero hay un excelente restaurante llamado Aroma, donde ofrecen 10% de descuento a quienes se hospedan en el hotel....
