"As the other reviews indicated, a truly exceptional palace. Magnificent. Huge room. Breakfast area is sureal. The breakfast itself is excellent. It is as though they took over a museum. It is nicer than many museums of palaces I have visited. A truly unique experience. The people are lovely. The only negative is the wifi, which is weak, but a small price to pay for such an exceptional experience. "

"The property is in a great location, handy for train and airport links but near to the historic centre of Naples. We walked everywhere from there.
It is in a residential street so you are in the middle of the local Napolitans, with their washing out on the balconies and scooter mayhem down below. A real experience.
Only thing we hadn't fully appreciated is that reception is only manned during office hours so it is important to communicate bu WhatsApp with the manager before you arrive but it...

"Host extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful- room immaculate with everything we needed and in lovely vibrant colours.
Host available to offer support and guidance on booking taxis , activities etc.
Would highly recommend and would definitely return.
Short distance to train station and local amenities.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay ."

"Very convenient location to the train station, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. We were able to get to all our destinations very easily (Pompei, Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano). Our host Francesco was very helpful in answering all our questions. Town feels very safe. Building entrance is run down but the actual flat is quite nice. Only thing missing is an iron for clothes. Great stay! "
