"Great location, very close to the train station. It was only about a 15-minute walk from the train. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, when needed. We had a deluxe room with a very large, comfortable bed and lots of storage and seating. There is a big bathroom and a sweet balcony overlooking the enclosed courtyard. It was so quiet you’d swear we were alone in the hotel. They have a pillow menu! You can request the perfect pillow from the desk. What a marvellous idea. I read a lot of online reviews about the area. We’re from Vancouver, Canada and it’s no different from the Main Street station. There are so many people here because of the train station so we felt safe. We were just passing through Naples. If you are looking for a longer stay check out the connecting city buses because this would be a nice hotel for a longer stay."
