"Great stay in safe"

"The hotel was beautiful and very unique. Our room was lovely, and the pool area was peaceful and relaxing. However, for the price we paid, I expected a higher level of cleanliness and maintenance. When we checked in, the terrace was full of dirt, and unfortunately, it was not cleaned by housekeeping the following day. We also had issues with the hot water. During showers, the hot water would only last about three minutes before turning completely cold, forcing us to keep our showers extremely...

"Amazing escape in Valle de Guadalupe. Very secluded and private setting. Staff was amazing and always helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend. Food pool side was exceptional and a dip in the hot tub and pool is a must."

"The property was beautiful, the staff was friendly, but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, point blank. I have never slept on a firmer mattress. Even my camping air mattress is more comfortable than this "glamping" bed!! If I wanted to sleep on the hard ground I would have just gone camping! That said, the property and cabins are beautiful; it's very Instagram-worthy. The jacuzzi is nice and not too chlorinated. There are several horses at the property and also ATV's...
