However, although they present themselves as a "retreat," this is the only hotel that I saw that has high-power speakers in the rooms and instructs the guests at check-in on how to use them to annoy the neighbors. "Not worth what they charge We arrived and there wasn’t even a sign for reception; we called and the phone didn’t work, so it was hard to find where to check in. At the pool there weren’t enough loungers for the eight cabins. When we finally found some, they were in the sun and we were told maintenance would move them — nobody ever came. "Having a van pick you up and drop you off every time you need to leave the property is a hassle. Restaurant and bar is closed. Extremely dark to walk the pathways at night no light! Rooms are too small for the exaggerated price. No tv, no iron or ironing board. Don’t trust the faucet water there was corrosion and dirt coming out. It’s far from everything and no room service. Only good thing is the pool but way too pricey just for a pool."

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Total relaxation with great service & amazing food. The route had us worried a bit bcuz it over a hill you couldn’t see from the freeway but it was a different world upon arrival. We ordered tostadas de ceviche & it was 🔥. Rooms are clean, very private & secluded. Staff is always ready to cater to you."

I would definitely stay here again. The pool area is complete but they are still working on completing much of the outside."

"I’ve stayed in a lot of places in this area and this place has been my favorite by far. The staff were the loveliest & the stay was overall perfect. The homes are surrounded by nature & furry friends. You can bbq, take a walk, or just hang out in the lounging areas. I am looking forward to staying again! Heads up!
