"Overall dirty and unkept. No bathroom fan which would set off smoke detector, outlets not working, advertised pool was the size of a hot tub. Staff was fine, lobby was wet the entire time from people coming in from pool to elevator. No breakfast. I would highly recommend paying more and staying at another hotel in the area. "

In addition, the rooms are quite small; extra charges are not clearly communicated in advance; water must be requested specifically; and the process for connecting services like Netflix is unclear and not explained beforehand. I believe more genuine attentiveness and care from the staff could have made a meaningful difference."
