"The hotel s great, the area, despite having an American style mega mall , can be a tad rough at night, it is not unsafe just not a place for an evening stroll."

"We had an excellent stay at this cozy, historic hotel. We stayed in Room #10, and although it was on the smaller side, it had everything we needed and was tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Hammersmith Underground station, which made it an ideal base for exploring the city throughout our stay. We also enjoyed having drinks and meals at the pub, where the food was great and the staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful...

"I booked this hotel as it was the same price as to stay in a Premier Inn....well it was a hidden gem! Really nice building and location with a small park. The room was spacious with high ceilings and comfortable bed. The bedroom and bedroom have a lot of space. The bar is very nice and it was really nice to sit out and have a drink in the evening. I will definitely be coming back as its great value and a great hotel."

"The location was fantastic - it was on a very quiet side street only a couple minutes walk from restaurants, the tube and a supermarket. The staff were friendly, and always willing and able to help. The room was basic, but had working air conditioning and a very convenient kitchen area, with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, which all came in handy. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else was great."

"The room was a lot smaller than pictured. Barely any space to have your luggage especially if you are sharing a room. Overall great hotel and enjoyed my stay."

"When we walked into the room, I was really pleased to see that it was just as you see in the photographs. It was clean, spacious and the bathroom was really nice too. It was well decorated and had plenty of storage for our clothes, as well as an iron, hairdryer and coffee machine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned while we were out for the day. So we came back to a fresh room. The room had air con, and a good fan to keep us cool, which was helpful in the hot...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was very Convenient to all the places we needed to go. We travelled with my kids aged 13 and 15. They have great deal where kids eat free. The dinner menu was very nice. We really enjoyed. The buffet breakfast was really nice also."

"The entrance to the hotel was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was small but had everything we could possibly need. Very comfortable bed and 2 pillows ( one soft and the other firm), atmosphere very quiet and peaceful, we slept really well, you are given 2 complementary pairs of slippers. Shower was great. 2 complementary bottles of water in the bar fridge. A very nice complementary breakfast. All staff very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back for...
