"I appreciated the full attention of the receptionist when checking in. Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest. "

"Inna on reception did a wonderful job in relocating us as our apartment didn’t have the king bed as requested. She escorted us to our new room once it was ready and made sure we were happy. Love the location of these apartments as it is an easy walk to the West End for cafes and supermarkets or to South Bank for more dining options or ferries to other sight seeing options. "
