"This property is in a great location. We booked a room described as a ‘family room’. The bed described as a ‘sofa bed’ was not a bed at all, rather a very hard lounge with a metal rod. Please don’t sell this room to any other families without replacing the ‘sofa’ with an actual bed. I’ve seen other reviews complaining about this but you have not fixed the issue and we were caught out because we arrived late in the evening."
