"Great stay!! Meet my expectations "

"I booked a 1 night stay here Sunday-Monday. Check in is 3pm and our room was not ready until after 6pm!! I requested a call from a manager for a refund. Your short staff issues are not my problem. There was no manager to be found, just a rude front desk girl that couldn’t care less about anything or anyone. We were told to wait in the lounge. We were not offered another room. "Great location, walkable distance to a Main Street for food and shopping. Had a one night stay with family. Free parking. Indoor pool was good. Breakfast options were decent. Staff were helpful."

"We did have a great time however upon entering the room I was very upset because the room pictured looked nothing like the actual room. I thought I chose a beautiful blue room but instead the room we got was plain and nothing like the pictures. The staff were great and the restaurant was great but our room was not."

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and will be back another time to try the dinner at the restaurant Butter. "We did enjoy our stay however the hold for incidentals I find is a bit high for a 1 night stay 500 but I disputed and the attendant reduced to 300 which is still high and we travel quite a bit so I am familiar. Also the cost of a MULE drink $20.00. We did not attempt to dine because the restaurant was extremly costly too. They dont allow outside food unless you eat in your room. Never ever heard of this.
