"I was messaged that I would need to self check in on arrival which wasn't an issue but no details were sent on which room number I was or where/ how to collect key. The number provided took many attempts to contact. The site is very run down, rooms in poor condition, not even dispensed hand soap in the bathrooms and I expected dispensed shower gel but absolutely nothing. The site has been run into the ground, room dirty and bedding all stained. Mattresses have had their day, a really terrible...

"Everything was absolutely perfect and cannot fault anything. Natalie , the host , was so kind , professional and friendly and could not do enough to help our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends without hesitation. The place is well decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast choice was amazing with lots of unexpected surprises such as fresh home made cake in our room each day. "

"The contact person was rude. Did not respond to email. No hot water. The bedrooms smelled like bad body odor and carpet in both bedrooms were stained and dirty, when we arrived it was cold and we had to figure out how to use heating system. There was no binder or instructions for guests. Do not stay they do not value guests here. Very unfriendly."

"Die Lage ist phänomenal, das Gebäude historisch und von daher sehr schön. DSD Zimmer sehr groß mit allem was man brauchte und noch viel mehr in top. Weniger gut war, das man keine Beschreibung bekam wo der Empfang ist (separates Gebäude) , die Anweisung an der Klingel nicht hilfreich war und man dann anrufen musste. Wir kamen mit recht schwerem Gepäck und mussten dieses alleine 2 hohe Etagen aufs Zimmer sxhleppen. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr nett, bis auf eine Dame die recht „direkt“...
