"This was a basic 'room only' guest house with no staff in attendance. I didn't book using my mobile phone but on my computer by email. I received my confirmation email. I didn't realise that a follow-up email would contain two codes - one to enter the premises and another to open my room. There was no mention of this on the confirmation email - I expected someone to be there for check-in. "Rocpool Reserve is a beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. We stayed in one of the suites with a private hot tub and sauna, and the room itself was spacious with a very nice bathroom. We were especially looking forward to enjoying the hot tub and sauna. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and always happy to help.
