Outstanding hotel

We loved the staff at the front desk and especially the lead lady in the breakfast room. The room was clean, updated, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was a short walk to the duomo and central piazza.

Comfortable for two-day-long business

There was no shoehorn in the room :), but everything was fine, the staff was nice, all the process and the operation is environmental friendly. Breakfast is various and tasteful.

Clean, quiet, great breakfast.

The hotel was a great deal. It was very very clean, and quiet. I like that they had signs asking guests to be extra quiet. No doors slamming, no people yelling. The breakfast had a nice mix of pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, and cereals. I really liked the grape, pomegranate cinnamon juice! I will definitely stay here on my next visit! Great value for the money.

Efficient and comfortable.

A modern hotel at a good location, focusing more on efficiency than conventional services. Very friendly and helpful staff. On-site parking. Some oversights, like… if you follow the directions and leave your towel on the floor to get it changed.. You’ll find it right where you left it when you get back at night, and there won’t be anyone on duty. You just need to ask when you need cleaning. There is a fridge in your room, but you may never find it thanks to some genious(!) furniture design.

Ottimo hotel ben tenuto e pulito! La colazione lascia un po a desiderare al piano interrato, la sala è piccola quando è piena la metà manca l’ossigeno.. le macchinette per il caffè self sono due ed una è sempre guasta sono stato più volte a distanza di mesi e la macchinetta lato muro è sempre rotta. Non si può aspettare 15 minuti per un caffè perché c’è fila…Poca frutta fresca o non sufficiente alle persone ospitate..ci ho provato più volte a fare colazione lì ma non migliora la situazione.

Hotel in zona sud del centro storico della città. La struttura è ben tenuta e ottima la pulizia. Camera spaziosa con letto comodo. Le uniche cose che non mi sono piaciute sono: all'arrivo in camera ho trovato l'aria condizionata a 17 gradi, l'hotel non ha un parcheggio auto gratuito (anche se nelle immediate vicinanze c'è un grande multi-piano).
