"The hotel was modern and clean with lots of parking and a good breakfast in the morning. As a bonus there was a pool table where you could play for free. The hotel is a good distance from Breda centre, but you can get an Uber for around €10"

Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "Nice welcome. Ground floor looks great. Bar area and staff good. Bar meal was good with fresh baked bread. Ashley in wellness centre looked after us, very professional. Breakfast was good. Room comfy, no noise, just a little dated for price charged."
