"Perfect place to stay right on the Royal Mile. Amazing staff, incredible rooms and great service. Rooms are clean, spacious and modern and though the layout takes just a bit to get used to - I loved the historic feel of the hotel. Absolutely would stay here again. "
"Five minutes from the railway station. 15 minutes to the castle. Location was perfect. The hotel is super quirky and exactly for our tastes. From a guitar, keg and turntable in the room to a brewery downstairs. What more could to ask for. "

"room was not large but efficient. refrigerator did not work, had to get buckets of ice nightly. did not partake in the dining options. The location was great! across the street from the waverley station, cut through to go to new town. "Neat and spacious apartments right on the Royal Mile, walkable from several restaurants, shops, and attractions. Having a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and cutlery, and a washer/dryer was a huge benefit! Communication was clear and detailed, and everything was set up in advance to help us have a smooth experience. Luggage storage is available on the first floor. The property is well-secured with several layers of doors with access codes.

"Beautiful clean room. Free wifi and the free coffee and pastry in the lounge was great. Location is great - easy walk to Royal Mile and Castle but quieter than Old Town. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Bed was comfortable. "

"Loved everything about this property. The apartment was immaculate, the furnishings were lovely, the bed was comfortable, there was appropriate lighting in each area, laundry available (I assume on each floor), sensory lighting in the hallways, excellent communication from the off-site staff. I have nothing negative to say about this space. "
"I really enjoyed my stay, it was almost a new building with full facilities. It is a quietest place I’ve ever stayed . The only downside I’ve noticed was it might not be a good choice for people with disabilities or elderly, since to get to our room using stairs was inevitable. They might have other rooms to accommodate people with disabilities, so make sure you check with them in advance if you have issue with climbing the stairs. "
"This was quite a surprise. The hotel was in the perfect location. Anita at the reception desk was amazing, so helpful. This hotel had a full kitchen. Complimentary guest laundry. Everything we needed for our one night stay in Edinburgh.

"Run like a hotel but with the feel of an apartment rental. This was the perfect stay. There was a ton of space, a laundry machine inside the apartment and the location was perfect! "
